NextGen baits - printing on soft plastic?

Does anyone know what technology they are using to print graphics on soft plastic like this? id live to try to replicate this myself. It looks like photo printing.. id just love to know how.

Thanks for the post. Likely a pad print process of some kind. sorta looks a little like a mr whiggley?
Anyone else have any ideas?

The finish looks pretty cool. Some kind of shrink wrap maybe?

Definitely reminds me of a mr whiggley with a wire thru instead of the line thru.

Thanks for the quick replies guys. I ordered some a while back - similar to a small Mr. Whiggley, pretty good design and motion fluke style lure. I am not sure what material the guy uses but it tears fairly easily. Its the first ive seen images photo printed onto a soft baits like that. I hope someone can chime in some other ideas.

Ive always loved the idea of real fish images printed onto soft plastics I just don't know how it can be done.
