Orange with red tail wiggley?

Larry, I was going to hold off of questions, but ....... just cannot do it. :lol:

On the lighter side, I see that in almost all of your early wiggley models you had a red tail and an orange body. You used it for Stripers, Peacocks, Muskie, Tuna, etc.

Did you use that color just because it shows up so well on film, or did you find that that color option was just so good?
I think my bucket list has a hole in the bottom!

At home we have quite a bit of tannin colored water and the first ones I made were of an orange gob of plastisol I had laying around. It worked great for everything so I just kept using it! Wish I had a more intriguing answer! I have noticed the color of the tail sometimes seems to make a diff.
