Many thanks Larry. Been watching you for years and truly appreciate all the knowledge you have passed along. Working on my 1st wiggley blank and several other soft plastics, as well as some large and small spinners.
I tried something new that I'm anxious to try this year. I made up several Muskie/Northern spinners, like the double cowgirl but with a twist - pun intended. Instead of regular wire I used 150 lb titanium wire .035" instead of the .051 wire, using about 12-16 inches long to incorporate the leader and spinner in one. Hooks are removed and I can coil them up in a smaller container for the long journey to the north country. All the water here in Colorado is hard right now so I haven't had the chance to properly test them but they look good in the bath tub.
Thanks for the inspiration to try all this, I'm enjoying it very much.
