I'm not sure what you mean regarding a new sponsor, but I am working with DeLorme to promote their new InReach gps satellite communication device and have also added the folks at MudHole to the mix and am working on developing a line of rod blanks of my own design.
A listing of what's coming up on the Outdoor Channel in terms of new Hunt for Big Fish episodes is listed elsewhere on this website.
have a great 2014, thanks for the post.

That is correct, I am not with them, they are not with me! I've taken the opportunity to give a good workout to a number of different makers reels.
Have not decided who, if any, to align with.

Hey Larry,
Anything new to report on the MudHole rod blanks? I'm interested to see the outcome!

Thanks,
Brian

Hi B
I just built up (like 5 days ago) proto number two and fired a 6 oz lure over 100 yards with it. It's a two piece 7 1/2 footer with a ferrule at the first guide.
Waiting for the other actions and lengths, but I am very impressed with the first samples and even more impressed with the engineer at Mudhole for doing such a good job of interpreting and reproducing the samples I'd sent for reference.
When more anglers become aware of the quality and value not to mention the lifetime transferrable warranty they have on their blanks I predict Mudhole's blanks will become a very serious contender in the rod category.
These guys are REALLY on it.

Hi again Larry,
Real quick, what are the Mud Hole blanks you're referring to? They have a few different varieties, like the Gator, Gorilla, and the CRB series.
As always, excited to see your creations!
Thanks,
B
