Catching winter time suckers

Just curious if anyone on here catches or traps suckers this time of year? If so ,where and how? Want to catch some to musky fish with.

go where they live. use size 6 hook, small angle worm. lightest possible sinker to keep worm from moving at all, and have sinker no farther than a couple of inches from the hook. fish with a tight line, you can hardly feel the bite. I sometimes catch them in low thirty degree water where I can see them. if the worm flops around at all in the current they have a hard time picking it up. also they rarely swim off with it after eating, and move very little in the pools so you have to be right in front of their nose to catch them.
good luck!
