Not sure about the largest dorado. Lots would depend on size and shape of lure. Bubble trail type, high speed alumifoam head followed by a skirt and strong single hook would be excellent.
I'd make some over sized, shallow running bomber model A type lures out of super plastic/micro beads for when the dam kicks in, the water level rises and the super giants go up in the hugge shallow boulders on the argentine side to eat the adult sabalos.
Also resin "jig" heads 2-4 oz with flashabou skirts for long cast and burn.
Bullet head, long cast buzzer of some kind. suggest 6"-8" in length.
