Getting some whiggs ready for the upcoming season. Gonna get them a shot in the canal. Decided to give my original sculpt a facelift by adding some detail work to my master (fins, refined details etc) tried to go for more of a mackerel profile

Managed to take one out yesterday because it was 60° and finally had some open water

Kept it old school as a tear away style whiggley- I just prefer them I don’t mind tuning - works at all speeds. Going to be a fun one this year for sure.

Got a little crazy w the blue pigment in the second in but the bass won’t care

Nice on work on Whiggs. Does anyone have a photo of a whiggley rigged weedless. What would be the prefer rigging. Texas rig or banjo minnow style? Going to Florida for some big Bass and Maybe some stripers or shoal bass.
