Yes, I have done it. As the bubbles form, they get large and begin to set which creates a bunch of plastic bubbles with a degassed liquid underneath!
I don't however recommend the process! If you use a metal stir stick and let it rest at a high temp occasionally skimming off the bubbles it will solve your problem. once you get your hardness/softness down I suggest cooking up larger batches and keeping your inventory in cured clear alumisol rather than in the bottle. it solves the bubble problem, and any settling that occurs in uncured if it sits for a long time without being stirred.
