It is different than High Strength as it is not a silicone. Difficult to describe but silicones have a much higher "rebound" ... springs back into place much faster. Remelt is about the same hardness as High Strength 1 but has a much more dead flexibility or bounce. If you were to drop a High Strength mold it would bounce around like a bouncy ball. Remelt would bounce maybe once and that's it.

Remelt can be remelted up to 30 times. Its extremely user friendly that way but unfortunately melts if you pour large resin baits (exotherm of the resin rises above 150F) or Alumisol as they are simply too hot and will melt the mold.

Small baits such as topwater plugs, crankbaits, stick baits, and other hard lures work great. Remember, mold release is needed with Remelt as it is not a silicone and will bond to your original and your cast resin pours will try to bond to Remelt molds. UMR works great but you can also use things like Pam cooking spray on your original as well as extremely thin layers of Vaseline to ensure it releases.
