I've made a two piece mold for my blade that I'm trying to make just trying to figure out what would be the best plastic to use looking for something that is really strong and that I can dye. Thanks

Do you want it flexible or hard?

If flexible ... I'd recommend the Flex 80 ... like the whopper plopper tail
If rigid ... I'd recommend the Performance 65D ... hard but has some flex and an extremely high impact strength

You can dye them both but don't go overboard with the amount of dye ... only need a small percentage ... typically .5% to the A side by weight to fully color these systems.
