Hi.Larry.
Could be used the Copic System to paint soft plastic lures ?
If yes,could you explain how to do ?

Yes it can, but you must dip the lure in a clear coat afterwards. I will doing some tutorials and demonstrating it's strengths and weaknesses on the MakeLure site in the coming months.
