Once you use alumindust in a rubber mold, how hard is it to clean it out of the mold so it doesn't show on the next plastic cast?

Usually just pouring the hot plastic in there will get 99% of the dust from painting the inside of the mold. If when you open the mold and see some residual you can quickly pour a super thin layer of plastic to get the remainder of it out.

I also keep a damp rag with rubbing alcohol on it that works to clean the dust residue from the mold. After that, nothing will be left that will transfer unless your mold has a big pore in it that fills with dust.
