I think some of my colors got ruined cause i use them and lures come out like gummy bears (really squishy soft)

Was the color coming off in your hands? Are you using any softener in it? Couple possibilities ... too much additives (dyes, softener, etc) or not blended in (homogenous) all the way. Other possibility is the Alumisol was not reacted all the way ... short heated it and thought it was ready and it wasn't all quite there yet (normally only happens when you use virgin Alumisol the first time).

How old was the Alumisol? I had a bottle that I let set for a long time and I forgot that a lot of Plastisol products separate after time. My first batch of soft plastic lures from that batch would not firm up, stayed sticky, but after I remembered and shook the devil out of the Alumisol, the next batch came out perfect.

Give it a try, see if it works.

Yup, thought so.

There are some brands that claim that they don't separate at all, but, well I claim I am 8' tall and should be paid millions and millions of dollars to play professional basketball.

Somehow my claim does not make it true.
