What to put on rc-3 rough spots before painting

Postby rustyman351 » Tue Jul 15, 2014 3:40 pm

After i pull my bait out of the two part mold, cutting the sprew and sanding leaves the top rough and sometimes little air bubble pits. After i painted some, i notice the places i sand are dull and the bubble pits are a sore. Was going to use wood filler and an acrylic unless better methods are out there.

That is what I use.

When the new Alumilite UV Cure is out to the general public, I find it works as well because it self levels. But...... it is cured and ready to paint in about 5 minutes or less.
I think my bucket list has a hole in the bottom!
