Hello all who can help. I have made what i believe to be a good whiggley mold.my problem is when i pour it and use it on the river it lays to one side or the other. Does every whiggley have belly weight if no can anyone help me out?

If you get the hook right it should stay upright. Try a heavier hook or even embedding a couple of shot in the mid belly area.
Also, if the belly sags too far below the hook insertion point it will be difficult to make it run right side up.

I have the tungston powder will that work better? What size hook do u recommend and how far up a 7 in whiggley should i hook it. Thanks for you time and prompt response larry.

for sure add about 10-15 grams of tungsten powder to the belly. Locate hook so eye is under chin of lure.
