How to Rig a Soft-Plastic Lizard?

I am part of the Verndale Applied Economics class. I am making a soft-plastic Lizard, and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to rig one up? Also what kind of hook should I use for it?

Rig it "Texas style" just like you'd rig a soft plastic worm in heavy cover.
