Extra fine glitter

Postby RhettWheeler » Tue Jan 28, 2014 12:28 pm

Just figured out that if you dust the inside of your silicone molds with some extra fine glitter you can highlight areas you want with extra flash concentrated to the outside of the bait similar to how it works with the powder pigments. Looks awesome. I recommend you try it out! I've only tried it with soft plastics by the way.

I sometimes mix glitter with my epoxy when I coat hard baits. I will also mix it when I epoxy my rod guides.

So here's an example of what I'm talking about. I wish the sparkle came through better on camera! They have a lot of flash!
