Can anyone help my process?

So i made a simple crawfish design

Used sculpey and mold putty

Anyways. I want to add strands from a spinnerbait/jig skirt to it just for added action. Maybe to represent antennae or or behind the claws to look like legs. I'm wondering what would be the best way to mold the legs in. What would be the best way to do this with a simple top pour mold.

I would heat up a needled or wire, poke a hole and insert feelers. I think i'd try and make them out of alumisol and by just dripping it as if to form a long thin icicle to make the feelers. For legs, bend over super thin wire or get a latch needle, or use needle and thin strong line to make a capture loop, to insert thru body where legs are wanted, put rubber/fiber/flashabou etc. legs thru loop , pull back thru lure into position, snip to length.
good luck.
