Boggs tackle maker????

About to put it on my Xmas list, how versatile is it? I want a wire bender that can make eyelets from 16ga wire (whiggley) down to the thin stuff for inline spinners. Will the Boggs unit do that, or is there a more versatile unit for the $$$$ out there
