Soft plastic blending????

A few months ago I started pouring with alumasol blood red tails and blonde body. Recently I noticed the red has slowly blended into the blonde. Is this blending of colors unavoidable, is it a product of thinning the soft plastic? I have several Senkos that are several years old, (laminated green and white) and have never bled or blended together. Not a big deal to me but want to learn why this happens, Thanks.

Where they Alumilite Dyes? A couple possibilities that I can think of ... perhaps if Softener is used and the lures are slightly more oily than the standard Alumisol and it could also be when Alumisol is not completely activated. Those would be my only two guesses.
