Of course I am not Larry, but here is a simple way to do it with just the normal software that comes on many PCs. The following is the directions for Microsoft based computers.

First, right click on the picture you want and save it in any picture format.

Next, open your Microsoft Word Program. Then click insert and then picture. Insert the picture you just saved.

Now that the picture is open, you can click on the corners and you can stretch, squash, shrink, enlarge, whatever. You can pretty much get it to what you need to fit your lure.

This method did not offer a solution to changing colors or anything like that, but the above is the simplest way I know to do it.

If your computer also came with "paint" then you can open your picture and alter it in many different ways before you then insert.

I hope this helps, I know of a lot of other software programs that can do a lot more, but this is a method that all Microsoft computers can use.

My kids, MAC users, tell me that the Apple/MAC systems can do at least if not more then this.

Good luck.

I thought I would add another software program you can download free. It is called GIMP. Complex but powerful program, free on line. I personally do NOT have it mastered.

Id like to know which program he's using....Id like that yellow grid that he pasted the decal on to modify it. Are you out there Larry? Thanks Russ

Took a close look at the video again. The program is paint. The grid is one of the options.

AKA is right. Simple paint program that comes with the normal software bundle.

I'm a little late to this discussion but I have a related question. How do the printer inks hold up when you put the decals in water to release them? I would think they might run or smear??
Tks, Joe

No runs or smears at all, just like real decals.
