Quick set rtv base

My god it's hard to stir, mine is like clay fresh out of the box, is this normal? Any tips on a faster way to stir it?

Sounds like it is extremely old. Where did you get it from? Give us a call tomorrow and we'll get it replaced for you. QuickSet is our thinnest rubber we have and is extremely easy to mix and pour which tells me something is up with it ... it will thicken but normally only after years on the shelf.
