bushing for whopper plopper

What do you use for the bushing in your whopper plopper tails? Love the looks and construction. Can't wait to take it to Cuba and try it out. New here and I really would like to build a few different lures to hopefully save some money.

Do you have a tool to roll it over or do you buy tube like that? I thought a pin punch might do but cutting tubing for several may be a pain. Must think about it more maybe.

i get the tubing at the hobby shop and cut it with the cut off wheel of a Dremel tool. Nothing to it!
