Jason you'r popping lure design, reminds me of the time I watched hot plastisol sink into the injector spout of one of my molds. I remember thinking at the time,'' that looks like the inside face of a popper.'' I never tried it, just a passing thought. I am wondering if you were inspired by the same thing? Anyway congratulations on you'r winning design.

Well done Jason. It will be nice to see the lures come out soon, hopefully by next spring. I think they will sell well and catch fish for sure. :!:
I think my bucket list has a hole in the bottom!

What's the chances that they picked the wrong Jason and that I was suppose to win?!

Can we do a private chat or personal message on this forum and if so how???????

Watchhiller, I completely agree with you that my lure needs to be weed less. I have been playing around with the Sebile weed less crank bait style. I was also thinking about using a weed guard like the ones that they use in jigs. What was your idea for the Snag Proof type?, wouldn't my lure have to be hollow? I also thought that your flounder lure could use a weed less set up of some sort and also a paddle tail for more action. I can always send you some drawings of some sort if you would ever be interested.

Congtats! Nice design, and good use of the video. This would be a fun annual contest for all us lure heads out there. Also thanks Larry, and River 2 Sea for giving us the opportunity. Until next year, back to the drawing board.
