Help needed - Jig mould

Hi there guys,
I have never created my own moulds before, but am keen to make a mould to create both my own jig heads (up to 1oz) for soft plastic lures and deep water jigs (200-250grams).
Do you have any recommendations on how I could do this? Will the rubber moulds be suitable for pouring hot lead?

Sure. I use Alumilite Mold Putty. THe makelure.com website should clear things up for you.
