Knot to Whiggley????

Will a albright from braid to Tyger or Cortland toothy hold for main to leader for whiggley? Thanks

an albright, on my tester with that combination of materials tests out at about 60%. double nail knot (uni to uni) yields better results, especially if you tie a bimini in the braid to double it, then treat it as a single line when you tie the uni-knot.
