hole in the head after pouring

Hi, after each time i pour alumisol into my mold i keep gettin a hole in the head of my fish.The hole or hollow head is around the pour sight, and i cant seem to get it right. please help. thanks

Keep an eye on it after you first pour and as it recedes in the mold top it off with Alumisol! Shrinkage is normal with larger pours and they need to be topped off, sometimes more than once.
