two piece mr wiggly mold question.

so im in the final stages on my wiggly master, i have the body made and the tail made. my question is if the body and tail molds are made separately how are the alignment knobs made to match both mold from the end? chomping at the bit to get this done so i can get to pouring some wigglys!

You can cut locators in the end of the two piece mold of the body and set the tail so it looks like it is coming out of the mold and then clay it up that way. So you are really making a 4 piece mold. If you look at Larry's video you will see the mold has locators on two sides ... the side facing the body and the side locating the other half of the tail. In order to do this you have to use the body mold in the process of pouring the tail molds.
