How to have jigs made? Including mould?

I'm trying to figure out how to have some jigs manufactured for me. This would include making the moulds, making the jigs themselves, painting them, and perhaps packaging them. Can you give me an idea of how to go about that? Thanks! I don't want to do the work myself. I realize this won't be inexpensive.
