Is there a chemical I can mix with your black dye to make it thinner/easier to work with?

P.S. Just want to mention that I have really enjoyed your first two shows this season, keep up the good work...it is my absolute favorite show on TV and the only fishing show I consider worth watching at all. There is no other show from which I learn so much. For what its worth, from my prospective the more explanation of techniques and tactics you include the better.

Regards,

Andy

Easiest thing to "cut" it with is whatever you are planning to use it in. Lets say it is Alumisol ... simply make a dispersion with 6 oz of Alumisol and 6 drops of Black Dye. Then use that Alumisol/Black Dye dispersion to add drops to your raw Alumisol to create your lighter color black color.

This way you know it will be compatible with whatever you are using and you don't have to worry about crossing chemistry.
