Bathtub toys

Not only did I make some killer lizard baits, it turns out they are awesome bathtub toys for the kids. The store bought plastic lizard ended up in 4 pieces. The homemade with plastisol suffered NO damage. Pretty durable stuff! I am curious as to how the properties of the soft plastic are effected when salt or garlic is introduced?

Everything in moderation. Add to much of anything ... microballoons, salt, dye, scent, etc and you will eventually affect the hardness, durability, and tear strength. Same thing with the Softener. Go to much and you'll end up with something extremely gel like that remains tacky. Too much softener in it does make incredible creepy crawlers when you throw it against the wall though. Give the kids something to do when they get done playing with the bathtub toys ... great idea!
