Pretty soon we'll be in the thick of the winter shark bite here in palm beach county florida and I was just curious to see if you have any suggestions as to terminal rigs. I'll be fishing primarily from my local pier and around both jupiter and palm beach inlets with a good bit of beach fishing as well. Baits for us generally range from bluefish and mackerel in the 1-10 lb range all the way up to whole crevalle and stingrays pushing three feet long or more. I personally fish 50 to 80 lb tackle with powerpro for capacity given that I have no way of running down a big fish from a boat. I'm anxious to learn a few new tricks if you have any. Thanks.

Check out some of the TX surf fishing websites, I picked up the wrapping hooks in electrical tape as well as using weed whacker string for the tippet(have not tried yet), to get away from metal that they can pick up electricity from.
