Whopper Plopper

I live in a modest place and do not have the space to make the Whopper Plopper. I already have 2 1/2 of my 4 closets filled with "essential" fishing gear.. Does not include my fishing rods!
So, Is there any way to purchase the Whopper Plopper?
I believe the Whopper Plopper is the next generation of all fishing lures.
Sorry for asking, I know you must get a ton of requests. I have recently been able to book a two day fishing trip out of Venice, Louisiana. Have been trying to do this for 18 years but have never been able to afford.
I " KNOW" a fusion of Salmon ( tying filleted Anchovies - ie. - Blue Runner Fillets ) and your Whopper Plopper will SLAM ANY saltie.. King, Cobia, Mako, Tuna...
Any help or guidance you have would be greatly appreciated.
