what test lb.

Larry I use 80lb. test for grouper what lb. would you recommend?I do alot of bottom fishing and I saw the show where you used 150lb. test for grouper is this the best way to go? Love the show it should run all day.

80 is good. If cover is heavy and fish are big, and your gear will handle it, heavier is better. I'm going with 200# next visit to French Guiana!

Thanks Larry Ithink I'll go with something a little bigger next time I go out . The big ones relly put it on me the last time and Iwant some pay back. Can't wait for the next show! D.

Do you think that you can get away with #200 in those locations because the the species is not fished as heavily? I would think that our US wrecks and reefs that are hit over and over and year after year by weekend warriors causes the fish to become a little line shy. what are your thoughts?
