Hey Larry, what do you know about Guatemala tarpon on the Carribean side? I know there are a couple guys saying they guide for them and one picture showed a clear freshwater stream. Can you give me any contact info if you have recommendations?

A good friend of mine, Jake Jordan, checked it out some time ago and reported the commercial slaughter of tarpon there was so intense he felt sport fishing was not in the cards.
I don't recall the name of the rivers he checked, but I know there's one main large one that he investigated.
If you google Jake Jordan I'm sure you can find a contact for him and he may be able to steer you in a worthwhile direction.
Glad you had fun at Parismina. Don't you think they have a great operation? I can't imagine what stories Judy may have told you. I hope they were flattering!
