Favorite Terminal Knot for Higher Test Line

I apologize if this topic has been covered before, but I'm curious as to what your favorite terminal knot is for targeting larger fish such as 200lb+ tuna using 100lb+ Nylon?

I use the 3 shouldered uni or nail knot. make sure both ends are wetted and tight.
even better if you can get away with a bimini first.

by "shoulder" I'm assuming you mean twist?

I've been playing with the double Uni and Double San Diego Jam. Double = Doubling the line over before going through the hook eye. The double uni seems to sinch up better and seems like a very strong knot.

When the knot is finished and tight it forms more or less parallel wraps above the "loop". I refer to these wraps as shoulders.
Almost any knot can be tied (and usually improved in terms of strength) by doubling the line and treating it as a single line.
The uni is even more reliable when tied in that fashion.

I use the thumb knot for heavy line. I love this thing. It is quick and also easy to tie while bobbin on the ocean.
