wind on leaders

Hi Larry "Happy Fathter's Day",
Do you use Shimano's wind on leaders? I f so, are they OK for large plug casting with Trevala rods? Or should they just be used for butterfly jigging?

Wind-ons and great for all kinds of fishing, trolling, jigging, plug casting, live baiting etc.
They're a big advantage anytime you need a leader that's too long to cast comfortably or, especially when fishing alone, you don't want to deal with a swivel that limits how close you can get the fish to the boat before you have to put your rod down to grab the leader.
They're a great invention!
