Larry:
Today is Saturday 3/2/13 and I just watched you fishing for very large Tarpon somewhere out of season. Where did you fish and please, give us some details on getting there, etc.

what was the umbrella type rig that you had in front of the ribbon fish? Was it homemade?

I made it while in the boat when things slowed down. on one rod out of 4 or 5 out it accounted for something like 8 out of ten fish while in use!

My only guess for why the rig w/teaser was getting bit 80% more often is visibility.
