To bill fish jamaica now or not

Hi love the show . Went to Costa Rica last year and fished same spots you did . Now I'm hooked . I am going to Jamaica next Friday Feb 16 on vacation . I was wondering if it would be worth it to get some bill fishing in or to save my money . I have heard this wasn't the best time of year for it . P.S if you ever get down to C.R.
