Musky flies!

Postby Krippes » Sat Oct 01, 2011 9:14 am

So I'm tying a order of divers for a guy going to hunt Missouri musky, he is a repeat customer. He said his last batch had some divers that would roll upside down and not dive, he said he thought it was due to a synthetic tail. I'm wondering is this is something that went wrong at the bench, or is it something he is doing? I would like to help him out and not leave him to deal with it him self, any idea how to prevent/fix this problem?

The reason your divers are spinning is because they are not symmetrical, or the hair that creates the collar is not flexing evenly on each side.
