Stripers Bait Speed

Larry,

The recent striper show on the East coast you ran, the bait speed was that just for those fish there or can I use that same rapid speed for land lock stripers also? Was there some special circumstance you rip the baits across the water that fast. That might be the reason why the bite has never been that good for us were moping along here?

Speed is a critical factor no matter what, when, or where. It might be a dead stop, crawl or super burn. You always have to let the fish decide!

Like larry said it all depends on weather and tide. surroundings also play a pretty big roll. Just go with what you feel and you should be just fine my friend.
