Whopper Plopper for Bass?

Postby steelersfan » Thu Jan 20, 2011 9:24 pm

Has anybody ever tried making a smaller one for smallmouth bass? I saw the show on sound and think the concept will work on the waters I fish...they will hit a tiny-t well.

Hi S fan
The largest bass, both in largemouth and small mouth I had in my boat this season were on the big whopper plopper!
But, your answer is yes.

I plan to giving the smaller version a try and some smaller Mr. Wigglies too. Loved the tarpon show with the wild jumper in the little boat...nuts!
Thanks,
