Muskee Circle hook w/ laser etched eyelet?

Larry,

I am fishing for Muskees next month in the French River. Where can I buy the Circle hooks you made on the show with the extra laser etched eyelet on them so that I may borrow your balloon technique?

Not a circle hook. J-hook, no barb. I can only suggest you try and make one up. i've used silver solder and fine copper wire to secure a short piece of copper coated steel wire bent in the shape of a tiny hook keeper and it worked well and was pretty simple to make. It was in fact briefly illustrated in the show.
