Not I, but I'm sure it would be better than the other way around.
Actually, once when I was in Texas at a Bait Store, a guy with a pick up load of big gar he'd caught on set lines told me he cleaned em with a chain saw lubricated with cooking oil, brought them to Galveston and sold them to a fish plant who made various fish products for major fast food restaurants whose names I won't mention!
