Larry,
I have seen all your epsiodes on fishing for wolf fish in Suriname. One of the techniques you use is the "popping" technique of the traditional suriname bobber to catch wolf fish. I was just curious if this technique could also work with catfish. I fish a creek just like the one you fished in suriname, muddy with some current, and i use fresh cut bait with a cajun thunder popper bobber (used for redfish usually). I have a tendency to pop that bobber since it makes a good rattle with the beads attached. Should i continue popping my cajun popper for channel cats, and blue cats or should i fish it still?
Thanks,
