Salty Bogie

Postby Big Chip Chopper » Mon Mar 30, 2009 6:59 pm

Hey Larry,
I was digging through some of my Grandpa's old tackle (trying to relieve a bad case of cabin fever) and I came across some of these brand new Salty Bogies. They are a saltwater bait that resemble a panfish in shape. The info inside the box says that they a great surf fishing bait. I was wondering if you know of these baits and if so, ever try them for musky? They look like they have potential.
Thanks again!

Hi BCC
It was a companion lure to the bayou boogie made by whopper stopper out of sherman texas.
I had a friend who used to catch a few pike and muskies on them by trolling and snap jigging them.
best,
L
