Double cowgirls on bass?

Postby ScottJ175 » Sat Mar 07, 2009 10:47 pm

Watching Larry's show about the creation of the double cowgirl.

Any thoughts of how they might work on largemouth down here in the South?

How about spotted bass or some of our landlocked stripe?

I've only caught one bass on a Double Cowgirl. But I've cuaght a bunch on Double Showgirls. Good advise by Larry though. Letting the fish decide is always the best way to find out!

I will be experimenting with some night presentations for spotted bass this summer. The overlapping clevis is the part that looks sexy to me. But we all know that lures that catch fisherman do not necessarily catch fish. And vice versa.

Hey, bocraw, check out my intro: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3987&p=7772#p7772

I see we're both from the same area. Perhaps we should take time to go wet a line together sometime. I'm still learning since last year marked the first time I'd fished seriously since I was a boy.
