A trick for fishing tubes for rather inactive large mouth's

Postby young_gun » Sat Mar 07, 2009 9:41 am

I love fishing for large mouth bass in the waters of northern michigan, but the shallow waters that i fish heat up rather quick ing mid june to july causeing the bass to slow thier bite. i love fishing tube baits and a trick i learned that might help some of you guys and helps me every year is take your tube baits grab a couple packs of alcacelzer and a bag of cotton balls, breaks a piece of alcacelzer into small sections the place it inside your tube. grab a pice of cotton and cram it into the tube to hole the alcacelzer in place. I've found that this bubbling action sends inactive bass into a frenzy.
