what is a great paint to use when painting rattle traps, craink baits or stick baits. is airbrushing the best or no?

Hi SG
Airbrush is greatest invention ever made for painting lures.
You can use almost any paint if you put a hard clear coat over it. You can use rod building epoxy or the clear casting resin.
careful of fumes, flames etc if you use volatiles (not suggested) I use water based hobby paints.

Guys i custom painted for 25 years,cars,bikes,boats,planes you name it ___please , please ware your masks and not the little paper ones, lost a lung to not using a mask.
polyurethanes and epoxies are some of the worst as the curing time is longer and "can" cure inside your LUNG's
when one cant fish, , one draws fish!
