Larry,

First off I want to say you are one luckey GUY who gets to test out all of the shimano gear for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a question for you about a trinidad reel. Do you think that it would be alright if i used the trinidad model TN-40N spooled up with 50 pound suffix performance braid would be a good choice for the trevala F casting model TFC63MH for some BIG catfish in freshwater and BIG Bull Redfish in saltwater and tarpon too.(I'm going to buy a couple of them,IF you say it's a good choice.)

Thanks,

BGF (BIG GAME FISHERMAN)

hey bgf
It'll be a dynamite combo. I'd go with 65# rather than 50# if you're doing some serious yanking. The Trini 40 has plenty of capacity.
Be sure to tie your shoes on tight.
best,
